• Every athlete will receive $20 to spend on two meals
• You will need to bring extra cash for eating and if you want to purchase a shirt. 
• The meet has shirts, shorts, sweat shirts, hats, etc.

7:30 – Load truck with Tent, coolers, table and snack box.

7:45 – Leave to get vans from Rapp at the airport.

9:00 – Parents at High School to decorate vans

9:45 – Dismissed from classes

10:00 – Leave for Columbia

12:00 - Arrive in Columbia

           Eat at Fazoli’s for lunch

1:00 – Check in @ Fairfield Inn Columbia

1:30 – Leave for Jefferson City to run course Oak Hills Golf Center, Jefferson City (5 km)

2:15 – Arrive Jeff City @ Golf Course

              Run course & buy t-shirts

4:00 – Head back to Columbia

4:45 – Go back to rooms, freshen up, get ready to go to dinner

6:00 – Go to dinner

8:00 – Team video

10:00 – Lights out!!!

1:10 – Class 2 Awards

After awards we will meet as a team back in Columbia at Everett’s for lunch/dinner.

Oak Hills Golf Center, Jefferson City (5 km)

PACKET PICK-UP: Coaches can pick up their school packets, beginning at 7:30 a.m. Saturday on the south side of the Oak Hills Golf Center Club House.

ADMISSION: There is no admission charge for this event.

SPECTATOR INFORMATION: Please note that no pets, bicycles or other vehicles are allowed on the grounds of Oak Hills Golf Center.

DIRECTIONS: The course is located in the south part of Jefferson City. From Highway 54, exit at Ellis Blvd. Turn east and go approximately one mile. The course at Oak Hills Golf Center will be located on your right.
 

COACHES MEETING: The Class 3 and Class 4 Coaches Meeting will be at 8 a.m., while the Class 1 and Class 2 Coaches Meeting will be at 10:15 a.m. The meeting is mandatory for all schools and will take place in the awards area.
