Minutes:  The minutes of the January 2005 meeting were read and approved.

Coaches’ Comments:  Tiffany said parents have asked for fund raising ideas for summer camp.  The coaches will reorganize and prioritize the wish list.  The head coach position should be filled by April.  The coaches will have sign-ups at the Middle School in April for summer camp.  160 Middle School students are going out for track.  Tiffany will let us know when she needs help.  Tiffany brought a flyer for car magnets that could be sold as a fundraiser.

Fundraising:  A new coupon book will be printed in the next month with a December 2006 expiration date.  We plan to get all the runners together and sell them near Price Chopper.  We raised about $300 at each carwash.  We could earmark those funds for food at meets.  For a fund raising letter campaign, each runner would turn in 20 names.  We would send a letter personalized to each runner and ask for donations.  The run-a-thon would require each runner to get pledges for training miles.  We could also do a slave auction. 

Colorado camp:  Tiffany reported about 8-10 runners are interested in camp.  The deposit is due June 10.

501 (3)(c):  Dan sent the paperwork in and expects the certificate soon and then he can complete the Missouri registration. 

Website:  The current website is run off a small server.  If we moved it to a permanent home, we could have our own name and it would have unlimited access.  The cost would be $100 to $125 a year to pay a web company to host the site.  The school’s website could not accommodate pictures.
