Present:  Dan Weinert, Joan Weinert, Peggy Cudney, Coach Williams, David Meyers, Trish VanBleisem, Kay Westman & David Schaufler.

President Dan Weinert called meeting to order.  All members present made introductions.

Minutes for meeting March 22, 2005 were presented by Peggy Cudney.  After review motion to approve minutes was made by Trish VanBleisem.  Joan Weinert seconded motion.  Motion was passed unanimous.

Coaches Comments: Coach Williams reported to the club that the head-coaching job for cross-country had not been awarded at this time.   She suggested that the Booster Club purchase some sort of shelf is built somewhere in high school to store the cc equipment.  Equipment is currently being stored in Coach Phipps closet in the Upper Elementary School.  The tentative date for the Cross Country summer camp at the high school would be June 6-10, 2005. 

Website:  Discussion of moving the CC Website to a permanent address was brought up.  It was agreed to do so for the cost of $100 to $125 a year paid by the booster club after we have our next fundraiser.

Merging with the Track Booster Club: President Dan Weinert brought this question to the table whether the Cross Country boosters were interested in merging with the track boosters.  There were mixed emotions regarding this.  Both pros and cons were brought up.  It was agreed this would be discussed further at a later date.

Coach Phipps Reception: Peggy Cudney volunteered to contact Coach Phipps wife to discuss a date for a reception for Coach Phipps.  Joan Weinert agreed to help with the arrangements.  Peggy is to report back at next meeting what she finds out and finalize plans.
