Warrior CC Booster Club Minutes

No official minutes were kept this night. The new Secretary shall be in charge of all minutes from this point forward.

Members present- Coach Phipps, Coach Moore, Dan & Joan Weinert, Trisha Van Bleisem, Peggy Jo Cudney, Larry Lenhart, Lori Meyers, Ben & Kay Westman, Kendall Hughes.

On this night we did the following-

1. Introductions.

2. Asked for any additional nominations for Board Members- none were offered.

3. Voted in the following people- President- Dan Weinert, Vice President- Kendall Hughes, Secretary- Peggy Cudney and Treasurer- Joan Weinert for Board Members.

4. Discussed in great detail and made modifications to the final set of by-laws that out group will follow. These by-lays can be read by following this link- READ ME

5. Made final preparations for Award Banquet.

6. Adjourned.
